Any person, including internal and external stakeholders, suspecting, or having proof of identified breaches of the Company policies can submit a grievance.

Protection of Identity of the Person Submitting the Grievance
The Company is committed to protecting the identity of each person submitting a grievance and all the persons affected by it. To meet this commitment, the Company ensures that only stakeholders who are crucial for the effective and adequate resolution of the grievance are involved in the process.
The Company also provides an option to submit a grievance anonymously, nevertheless this option may affect the outcome of the case, as the Company will not be able to collect any additional information from the reporting person.

Guarantee of Non-Retaliation
The Company commits to ensuring that no reprisal, intimation, or any other form of retaliation is exercised against the person submitting a grievance, as long as the grievance is submitted in good faith.
If a person submitting the grievance has a reasonable belief that the wrongdoing has occurred, it is sufficient to be treated as a submission made in good faith.
Any form of retaliation against the person submitting a grievance will not be tolerated.

Reporting Channel
A person wishing to submit a grievance can resort to the following channel:

This can be done anonymously.
If a grievance is submitted anonymously, the person reporting a violation or a suspected violation will not be consulted on the case and informed on the outcome of the grievance.

Admissibility
The grievances are admissible from any stakeholder (internal or external), if they are related to potential or identified violations of the Company’s policies:
Furthermore, grievances are admissible if they:

  • indicate gaps, inconsistencies or failures of the Company’s supply chain due diligence system;
  • include sufficient objective evidence to reasonably support the claims of the person submitting the grievance; and
  • are submitted in good faith.
